  • The foundation was laid by the Prophet ﷺ himself

  • Mentioned in the Qur’an: “Indeed, the mosque established upon guidance from the first day is blessed.” (Hadith: performing prayer here is highly rewarded)

🔹 Spiritual Rewards

  • Performing 2 rak‘ahs at Masjid Quba is equivalent to one Umrah (Hadith: Sahih Muslim)

  • Great place for du‘a, reflection, and sending blessings on the Prophet ﷺ

  • Less crowded than Al-Masjid an-Nabawi → peaceful environment

🔹 Practical Tips

  1. Timing: Early morning or late afternoon to avoid peak visitor hours

  2. Dress Comfortably: Modest attire suitable for prayer

  3. Transport: Taxi or Uber is easiest; some pilgrims combine it with Qiblatain Mosque

  4. Prayer: Perform 2 rak‘ahs; you may also make extra du‘a and dhikr

🔹 Suggested Visit Duration

  • 30–45 minutes for prayer and reflection

  • Can be combined with other nearby sites such as Masjid Qiblatain or Souq Quba

🔹 Quick Tips

  • Bring water and light snacks if visiting during hot seasons

  • Take a small notebook or phone to note personal reflections or du‘a

  • Take photos outside the mosque only — maintain respect inside
